Last minute details

I got the event poster and the program cover design from the graphic designer. Nadia at Design Action always does an excellent job. There will be some minor tweaks; there always are but of course it's part of the process.

I set up a meeting with the venue manager at the Commonwealth Club, the caterer, and me. The meeting is set for this Friday and we'll go over details like the process for load-in, table settings, the minute by minute, AV, floor plan, and load out.

Simple.
